I recently visited ProteinHouse, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect, especially since it's right next to a large gym, making it super convenient for a post-workout meal. The food was delicious and packed with protein. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was to our liking. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Overall, I highly recommend ProteinHouse to anyone looking for a healthy, tasty meal, especially if you're coming from a workout. Definitely going back!

this place is so good! i never leave reviews cause i feel like it’s corny, but the food is great and the place has such a chill atmosphere. it would be a great place to work from a laptop or read. i had the southwest bowl, green monster and sweet potato brownie. they were amazing :) they also have locally raised frozen ground bison at good pricing to bring home. the service was friendly! 5 big booms

A little pricey but I think that about everything. Food was great and so was the coffee protein shake. The guys working were chill and had good recommendations. Here is a photo of what I didn’t like.

ProteinHouse Des Moines has become one of my favorite spots. The food is fresh, wholesome, and you can tell it’s made with care. I love that I can grab something healthy without it feeling like a chore. The staff is kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm and inviting. We had a big reservation and all went great. We placed our orders in a timely manner, got seated, and our food was served in about 20 minutes or so. We all had a variety of healthy foods and drinks including wraps, bowls, protein pancakes, air fries, and fruit. The manager was most appreciative of our business. The location was clean and the atmosphere was open and friendly. I would definitely visit the location again. I wish there was one where I live.
